If you are a local full-time undergraduate student and have applied and waiting for the results of the Government grant or loan, you can apply online deferral through “BUniPort -> Finance -> Tuition Fee Deferral Application” before the payment due date.
If you are a postgraduate student, you must seek approval from the Department via the Graduate School by submitting the paper application form (click here) at least 7 business days prior to the payment due date.
All other students are required to pay their fees in full before the stipulated payment due date.
Please be reminded if students fail to defer the tuition fee payment and the tuition fee remains outstanding by the payment due date, a penalty charge will be levied. The student’s study status may be changed to unofficial withdrawal if the tuition fees are not paid after 10 business days and must obtain the permission from the Academic Registrar/Dean of Graduate School or designate for re-admission.
